Do I have to belong to a gym?

The detailed 1:1 application and your free consultation call will give me all the information we need regarding your goals, history, lifestyle, struggles, commitment, budget etc. to suggest which program would be the most beneficial for you.

How will I know which program is best for me?

The monthly coaching rate differs based on your desired coaching package, time commitment and chosen payment plan. That said, full coaching you can expect to cost $195-$350/month. We will be able to discuss all the options in much more detail on your free, no-obligation consultation call!

Absolutely not. Nutrition is NOT one size fits all. My job is to meet you where you’re at and guide you toward the most sustainable and effective approach to your nutrition goals.

Do I have to track macros?

Typically, the most consistent communication you can expect is through your scheduled check-in. However, it is not uncommon that we communicate multiple times between check-ins as needed – quick questions, suggestions, transparency if something is going on in your world that I need to be aware of etc. But through your check-ins you will receive educational and thoughtful feedback on the contents of your check-in. This also includes any necessary adjustments to your training programming or nutrition protocols, adjustments, or feedback on movement technique and more. Ultimately, I can assure you that our communication will be extremely consistent throughout your journey.

How much will my coach and I get to communicate?

Absolutely! We will schedule a FREE no obligation consultation call. We will discuss everything in detail to see if we are a good fit to work together!
