My passion for health and wellness truly started when my grandfather was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. I wanted to learn about the correlation between diet and disease. Throughout my time studying nutrition at NYU, I had come to the realization that I wanted to focus on preventative health practices through lifestyle choices. Falling in love with the gym inspired me to become stronger instead of smaller. Learning that it is okay to take up MORE space, not less. The gym had given me an outlet that led to falling in love with personal growth, personal development and challenging myself physically and mentally.
I began my personal training career at Equinox while living in NYC in 2018. When we were faced with the challenges and shutdowns of fitness facilities in 2020, I decided to take the leap to start training virtually and I am so grateful for where it has led me today. I have continuously invested in myself – continuing education, health coaches, and business coaches. If there is one thing I’ve learned, you don’t have to do it on your own.
I am here to support you, share my knowledge, celebrate your wins (big and small).
