Think in person, personal training 1-1 - but virtual. A completely personalized training program tailored to your individual goals and needs and the equipment you have available. We meet live via Zoom or Facetime 2-4x per week depending on your overall goal and time availability. This might be for you if you prefer a high level of accountability or want to focus on the fundamentals of your movement with live feedback!

I’ve experienced endless cycles of fad diets, quick fixes failed programs, and constant frustration trying to lose weight. Falling in love with the gym inspired me to become stronger instead of smaller. Instead of using exercise as punishment, I wanted to learn what my body was capable of. Instead of restricting food, I wanted to know how to fuel my body properly to perform at a higher level. Instead of doing endless hours of cardio, I wanted to learn how to improve the function of my body to move well and improve mobility.
